Little girl and her Mistress-Incomplete story

Once upon a time in a village, a rich old lady lived with the maiden servant in very big palace. servant girl was only 14 years old, she took care of old lady, and did all the works for her.  

 One day old lady told her to wash all the clothes of her. That girl took all the clothes and started to wash.First she rinse all the clothes in soap water, that time old lady called her to prepare the meals. So she stopped to wash the clothes and went to kitchen and prepare food.Old lady shouted, 'i am hungry'. Girl prepared it fast, finish the cooking and gave food to her mistress. Then she started to put soap for all the clothes, her mistress again call her to clean the dining table. so she went to dining hall and clean the table.

Old lady went to sleep after the lunch, and the girl continued to put soap for the clothes, she was very careful and make sure whether the soap removes the dirt. But she cant able to make one dirty white frock of her mistress in to clean white,she used more soap to make it white. But she cant so she decided to use brush for that, went to her mistress bed room and asked brush to wash cloths., Her mistress got angry. She doesn't hear anything from her and shouted girl to get out. That little girl got feared, ran away from there and continue to wash the clothes. She used more soap for the dress to make it more white, she spent more time on it. Old lady came to check whether the girl working or not, and asked to her when will finish this work? Little girl had no answer for it, because she needs to put soap for more than one bucket cloths. She humbly replied to her mistress, will try to finish it soon. Old lady said her, "you have to finish this work before evening(time was already 4pm.) and you have other works after this one, need to clean the house and prepare dinner. She doesn't wait for her answer and went to room, litter girl did the work fastly, Put soap for all the clothes and started to rinse them.She had 4 buckets of water, rinse each cloth in 4 buckets of water and put it in hanger. A hour later,mistress came to her and asked whether the work get finished? Maiden girl said,"need to rinse all the dresses".She replied to work quickly and finish it soon. little girl start to rinse even faster. After that, old lady came to her more than 3 times and instruct her to finish the work soon. Girl got feared about her mistress and try to finish it with in hour., she knew it was impossible to rinse all the dresses with in a hour. She rinsed the dress in 4 buckets of water, after 30 mints she started to rinse the clothes with 3 buckets of water and put it into hanger, again after 15 mints she rinse the cloths with 2 buckets of water. She got finished the work any how. Her mistress appreciate her work and urged her to prepare dinner for her. little girl slowly walk to the kitchen room...., 

 Once in a recent time there is a tester in a software company. only numerable persons in the office that particular night. All were busy with their work.The tester did regression test for software application that needs to ship the same day. 

Time was rolls up, So all (development team, sales team, marketing team) are urge the person to do the testing so fast. 

 And the tester knows, this task must take more time,but his higher authorities told the tester to finish it soon.., for every hour tester got and chat with question testing completed?. Tester replied for every chat with the status In progress., In progress., In Progress.,

Tester thought to use automation tools to speeden up the process, which was already discussed with the higher end., so tester contact superior to get permission to user automation tools in this project to finish the task soon., but the management people doesn't ready to take risk at last time., so they told tester to continue with old manual testing., 

 Again started to retest the bugs and did the regression testing ., but unfortunately time given to tester to do the task got finished. Again all the members in the project started to ask whether the testing completed?. Tester said to them In progress for first 15 mints, In progress for next 10 mints, but after 5 mints tester started to reply for those chats to Completed..., 

 I don't want to continue this stories after this., You can guess easily, what may happen with white color dress and to the software project. 

Story#1 Letter To Friend

Once upon a time there lived two girls. They are very good friends. They love each other. They studied together, work together. And they got married and settled in different places.

 After marriage, they can't able to spend some time together. Both of them shrinking in house hold choas of marriage life. 

One day one of them wrote letter to her friend, and here it goes.., 

Hi girl,  How are you?? 

Im not fine girl.,

I miss you badly here.., 

No one is here to speak with..,

No one is here to laugh at for my funny jokes. 

No one is here to encourage me when I feel low.,  

No one is here to wipe up my tears.,  

No one is here to consol when I Scream about my period pain. 

No one is here for me girl., 

Im all alone,  standing in kitchen washing vessels all the day long. 

I really don't know what to do next girl.,  

If I've not God's Faith, 

If I've not some good books to read,  Some plants to watch,

If I've not friend like you,  

I don't have any clue that what I could be now.., 

You don't know, how hard you hold me to steadfast. 

You just don't know how long you drag me to move on with this mess.

I don't do anything to you.  But yet you look me like small girl, concern and love you pour me is not a bit changed even I grow. 

You are not looked un to your benefit,  but you concerned about my dreams. You the one who had strong faith in me even I was nothing that time. 

 I remember the day I hold your hand and walked into church in my wedding, and yes still you holding me put me up to do something better in life. You are my real super hero.  

Im not telling these things to you appa. But yet you know that your daughter loves you more than anything in this whole world.,  

Father's Day

Once upon a time, a mother wrote letter to her spouse who is father of little kid and it goes like this..,  

Being a father is not at all simple thing. The toughest role in the world is being Good Father.

 We can't take this for granted. If we really love our child, we must show her each and every time. It not just like buying things what she likes it. 

Listen, Time is more important than Money. People are more important than Time. Such Good Memories are even important than anything.

 Try to create so cool memories with your daughter.She loves you more than me. She admire you more than anything else. She believes in you more than this whole world.

 You are her mirror, she gonna see the world through you.  Try to show her something beautiful side of it. 

 Because our happiness is there in her happiness. Let her be happy. Happy Father's Day.  You are the father of two beautiful girls 🙂 Be concerned about it. 

As Tester am learning everyday :)

I don get much time to spend it in learning., but i do this thing in throughout my testing process.,Every day i work on with application, i suppose to meet some technical word which i had not heard before., I start my learning process from this point., :) I do Google and find the mystery behind it and try to form some more new test cases for my testing application.,  :) I feel happy when ever i get some new text cases and new test data to test the application.,

A Programmer and His Client

We are all good lawyers to our mistakes and bad judge to others.

A programmer develop an application with thousands and thousands lines of code to get an output what a user want. Hard work never fails, yes the code woks well, produce the out put what they want but with the some countable warning messages.
Developer thought these warning errors  never affect the major functionality of the application. So the day comes application moved in to live. Client was so happy with the application and gave more money to them(Oh.., yes it happen sometimes).,

Days rolled out, one beautiful sun day morning, developer got an call from the client with the message that, application got crash.
After that developer ran to office (Oh, my developer, Today is Sun Day :( ) and check with the code and investigate the users what they did and how this bad thing happens.,

Alas, Developer had no idea about the issue., He continuously check with the code and spend more time with it, there in another place sales team try to confess the client.

While he fought with the application, he remember that warning messages that were already exists in the application., Now the developer consider it in to account try to fix it and try make the application bug free., 

Oh God the project delivered to the client was a year before. And yes this hard working developer bought a new car by the money. Developer actually forgot full functional flow of the project and he had no time to read big bundles of documents.

Any ways, the issues get fixed by the great and again hard working developer and the updated version moved in to live., Client get cool breathe after get back his application,  thank god and went to his way..,

Mud Lamps

Me and father went to a shop to purchase mud lamps for  Karthikai Deepam festival. Shop keeper told us to pick by own because there is more chance to find damages ones.So we collected lamps in the baskets.

I remember the same happened a year before, I came to same shop to purchase lamps. On that time, i collected more lamps compared  to my father. Still remember my dad was smiled and appreciated me.

But this time, i not even collect 20, but my dad saved 2 boxes.  What happened with in the year. With in the year i become software tester, J and the number of mud lamps selected was less than number of  them i rejected.  The work i do and time are same in the two process, yet the perception is different. Most of the time “How we do” meant along than “What we do” is important, that the thing i understand.

Indian General Election 2014 in Tester's View :)

Lok sabha election gonna held at India. In my state election date is April 24. All the party leaders and candidates busy with the canvass to win the race. Am so happy to be in democratic country India, am having right to vote gonna use it wisely. So i started to think like in testing way :) to make decision, and prepare following list:
1) Number of candidates who are all compete in my city their background, Qualification, experience, past achievements, good deeds done by them to society etc., etc., and who belong to which party.,
2)What are the promises given by the candidates.
3)What are the things done by previous elected candidate(If that candidate still in race means).
4)What are all actual needs we have in our city.
5)what are the problems we have faced in our city and whether those things are rectified by previous candidate or not?
6)Do the candidate have aware about those needs and problems.
7)Do the candidate gave promise to solve those needs and problems.
8)Do the candidate have courage, good communication, and analytical skills.
9)Do the candidate respect the people as people.
10)Do the candidate have strong vision and plans to lead our city/country towards growth.
11)Do the candidates have ears to hear their people voice and their needs.
12)Do the candidate have clear hands, don have want in money(strongly against to the corruption.)-Its important, its very important to the country now.
