Do your best with in work.,
Do not test the application in static order., just think about it in dynamic way.,
Test whole functionality at least 5 times in application before finish your task.,
Start your test early.,
Keep it mind the issues you have missed out in last iteration and the issues noted by other team members and intimate to you.,
Be aware about the notification mails while do testing,you may forget to check with that in later sometimes.So check with that too in side by side.,
